Today is our free day in Delhi. Some of my friends are taking a cooking class.
First we went shopping at stores and the street market for the ingredients.
Then we watched, took notes, and tried our hands at things. Here we are shaping Dosas.
Below are the wonderful dishes that were made and our Chef.
Tonight we leave our cozy hotel and head to the airport. Our flight to Zurich is about 2 A.M.
